Microsoft, an American multinational technology corporation headquartered in Redmond, Washington, operates within the technology industry and holds renown for its best-known software products, which encompass the Windows line of operating systems, the Microsoft Office suite, and the Internet Explorer and Edge web browsers.
Ideoli provided Microsoft with a unique and aesthetically pleasing lighting solution for their outdoor terrace and garden area. The project involved designing and implementing large-scale decorative landscape fixtures in the form of globes. The primary objective was to create an enchanting ambiance with the globes being lit from within, illuminating the surroundings while seamlessly blending with the outdoor environment.
To meet Microsoft’s requirements, Ideoli ensured that the landscape globes were underlit and protected from all elements. We expertly engraved each fixture and carefully concealed the drivers underground to preserve the fixture’s elegant appearance. Given the installation’s location on a roof deck, we securely anchored the fixtures to withstand wind loads and environmental challenges.
The lighting solution presented a distinctive installation, comprising various sizes of landscape globes strategically positioned to enhance the garden’s overall appeal. The result was a breathtaking and practical lighting arrangement that complemented the outdoor terrace, providing an inviting atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.
