Mark Lu, also known as Lu Zhong Xun, is a project manager at Ideoli Group, a global custom-decorative lighting company. Born in Dandong City, Liaoning province, China, Mark currently resides in Shanghai, China, where he works out of Ideoli Group’s China office. 

Mark plays a crucial role in making Ideoli Group the most cutting-edge decorative lighting company. His responsibilities include setting up the China office, recruiting and managing employees, conducting market research to find the right products and suppliers, and analyzing products with the sales and design team. He also handles translation tasks, such as analyzing factory quotations and drawings. Mark oversees the entire process from sample order placement to mass production order follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products. He also provides after-sales service support.

Since joining Ideoli Group in 2018, Mark has had numerous notable work experiences that he takes pride in. With the support of his team, he has continuously learned and grown in the project lighting industry. His attention to detail, professionalism, and efficient support have resulted in high-quality products and minimal client claims. Mark is excited about the future growth opportunities for both himself and the company.

Prior to working at Ideoli Group, Mark worked for a Canadian fashion retailer, where he excelled in his role. Outside of work, Mark enjoys various activities and hobbies, including going to the gym, swimming, watching movies, following the NBA, and taking care of his family. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international economic and trade from Shenyang University of Technology.
