Perry R Karen is a National Account Executive at Ideoli Group, a custom-decorative lighting company with locations around the world. Born in Philadelphia, Perry currently resides in West Chester, PA, just outside of Philly. Perry works out of the Ideoli Group office in Philadelphia.

In his role as National Account Executive, Perry focuses on partnership, recognizing that without the inspiration and collaboration of their partners, Ideoli would not be the cutting-edge decorative lighting company it is today. Perry understands the importance of fostering relationships and leveraging the creativity of others to drive innovation within the company.

Prior to joining Ideoli Group, Perry has had a range of notable work experiences. However, he takes particular pride in the work done behind the scenes, such as building relationships with individuals he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to meet otherwise. Perry finds fulfillment in assisting partners with overcoming obstacles and helping bring their creations to life.

Outside of work, Perry enjoys indulging in his hobbies and interests. He is an avid fan of movies and sports, particularly those associated with his hometown of Philadelphia. Additionally, Perry finds relaxation and enjoyment in spending quality time with friends, good food, good drinks, and good music while tending to his smoker.

Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, as well as an MBA in Organizational Management, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia. His educational background equips him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his role at Ideoli Group.
