Every company needs a jill of all trades, and for Ideoli, that person is Abby Grodin, our Operations Coordinator. From having a hand in areas ranging from HR to finance to logistics to office management, Abby does a little bit of everything to keep our operations running smooth. She loves the variety of her role and all the hard work that Ideoli’s team puts in for clients and for each other.
Before joining Ideoli, Abby earned her stripes working in business development and administrative roles at prominent non-profits and large corporations — a useful background in such a relationship-oriented business. Born and raised in New York City, Abby now lives on Long Island.
When she has a minute to relax from keeping our projects and general business needs on track, Abby loves to cheer on New York sports teams and hang out with the boss of her house — her dog Bella, a Shiba Inu. She’s also taken some pretty cool trips, with her favorite being her vacation to Willemstad, the beautiful capital of Curaçao in the Caribbean.
