"The one thing I’ve learned in 2017 is things take much much longer than expected, than you want. If you say one timeline, double it and add two months and you’ll probably be there."

"Probably the biggest thing I learned in 2017 is no matter what kind of pushback you’re getting from different angles when you’re going through a project’s life cycle you always got to make sure you keep the customers vision at the forefront. "
